When you joined the practice:  May 1998

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Earned CVPM (Certified Veterinary Practice Manager) in October 2011.

Pets:  A cat named Kitty (born without a tail)

Hobbies:  Spending time with my daughters, reading, singing, playing the piano, and planning my next Disneyworld trip or helping others plan theirs

Fun fact:  I love Disney!

Pets:  A Lab mix named Tabitha and six cats named Gutter, Lexi, Letty, Jasmine, Mia, and Simbatha

Hobbies:  Reading and “cat collecting”

Pets: Cairn Terrier named Peanut, Jack Russell named Zero, and Chihuahua named Flynn

Fun fact: I self published a poetry book

Unfulfilled dream: I’m working on finishing a romance novel and a supernatural novel.

Pets: Lady – Pitbull and Moo – a black and white fluffy kitty

Education: I am a 2012 graduate of the Vet Tech Institute of Houston where I received my Associates in Applied Science in Veterinary Technology and passed both state and national boards to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician. 

Pets: I have my soul-dog, Hazel, who is a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel- and a sweet Ragdoll cat named Willow. 

Hobbies: Most of my free time is spent keeping up with my “tween”age daughter. We are very active in our church, and I help coach her softball and volleyball teams. When I’m not coaching or chauffeuring her, I enjoy worship, bible study and I also love anything outdoors-whether it’s fishing, hiking, or a good walk.

Unfulfilled dream: I am currently attending UHCL full time pursuing my long time dream of becoming a teacher!

Hobbies: Spending time with family, Cooking, Camping, Dance, Travel, Going to the beach

Unfulfilled Dream: Travel the world and learn from different cultures. Go to Thailand, visit the elephant sanctuary, and have a mud bath with them.

Pets: Pepita (Blue Heeler Mix), Charlie (Maltese Mix), TJ, Tito, Baby & Thickboi (DSH) 

Hobbies:  Gym-Goer, Collaging, Cafe hopping, concerts

Fun fact: I love the ocean, tarot card readings and journalism

I want to work as a veterinary social worker!

• Integrates animals into interventions – animals are used to manipulate domestic abuse victims, many times they keep people from leaving.
• Grief Support and compassion fatigue
• Public education on animal care – connection between animal health = human happiness

Pets:  Two dogs named Scarlett and Whiskey, a guinea pig named Porkchop, and five cats named Elmo, Bigman, Mr. Paw, Eevee, and Fifi, and two big fish tanks

Hobbies:  Playing with my cats, playing video games, and fishing

Fun fact:  I love shooting bow. I also have a whole room dedicated to my love for dinosaurs.
