Pasadena’s Angel Animal Hospital makes requesting appointments easy! For your convenience, you can request an appointment for your pet at any time, day or night, using our online form.* Simply fill out all of the required fields marked, and click “Submit” to send your request. One of our team members will then contact you to confirm your appointment or notify you of any scheduling conflicts. Please allow at least one business day for a response.

*Please note: This appointment request form is intended for non-emergency visits only. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency and is in need of immediate medical care, contact us directly at 713-944-2424. No appointment is required for emergencies, and all emergency cases take precedence over non-emergencies.
